La mission d'Alan Howard consiste à évaluer les données sociologiques et techniques pour la mise en place d'une offre bilatérale concernant d'une part les personnes en déserrance et qui souhaitent reprendre des études et des chefs de TPE qui n'ont pas le temps de se former et qui souhaitent recevoir des compléments d'information à domicile pour améliorer leur travail d'entreprise.
